A classic DRY GIN

Tobias Kaiser is an experimental GIN fan and distiller behind the gin factory. He has set himself the goal of creating a special juniper distillate with a classic character. The gin should contain both regional and southern botanicals. The focus here is on quality, originality, dedication and the joy of experimentation.

Botanicals

In addition to the characteristic BIO juniper and BIO coriander, the recipe also contains

BIO orange

BIO lemon

and BIO ginger.

Bottle design

The heavy bottle made of dark retro glass is definitely an eye-catcher. It protects the distillate from sunlight. The citrus aromas increase with storage and are thus inhibited in their excessive development. So we can do without additives and stabilizers.
